Best food to have in and around Glasgow. I visited Glasgow for a month and whenever I craved to have something Indian I ended up visiting here. Ambiance is good and comfortable. Their service was quick and staff(Bharti) was courteous. The owner was welcoming as well. Each and every dish was good but tandoori momos and malai soya chaap in starters and dal makhani, mix veg and rogan josh in main course was delicious. Overall 10/10 considering the variety, taste, service and prices.

Everything we had on our first visit was delicious and of good quality. The railway lamb and the mince curry were excellent as was the rice and nan. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, the prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be going back.

We went to green gate Renfrew with 2 of our USA visitors Amazing food. Starters were very tasty. Portions are huge. I ordered Bindi curry. Every dish was very nice. Kulfi was excellent. Lovely atmosphere. Excellent staff. Very friendly and attentive and understood our needs. Place is spotless. Just like going for a meal with family. I would love to take my family there. 15 minutes drive from Glasgow

I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant multiple times, as it offers an abundance of authentic desi flavors, particularly those reminiscent of a typical Delhi eatery..Chef Tarun and the team provide exceptional care to their guests, enquiring about any desired modifications to the dishes and skill fully tailoring them to individual preferences. During my visit with friends, we savoured their genuine butter chicken,Daal makhni,naan and biryani. along with the excellent selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters.

The Indian cuisine was well prepared and nicely seasoned. Delicious! We were looking for a place that was fairly close to the airport and easy to get to and found it. Green Gates was a yummy surprise and had lots of free parking. It came with a complementary tomato soup. It is a place that is enjoyed by locals who know its value and return often. We had plenty leftovers because the portions were substantial. We highly recommend Green Gate's Restaurant.
